Netflix to air Yanxi Palace sequel earlier it even plays in China

The news was confirmed by series producer Yu Zheng who spoke to online news portal HK01.

Princess Zhaohua (Wang Herun) is the daughter of the Qianlong emperor and his espoused Wei Yingluo, and she falls in dearest with Fu Kang'an (Wang Yizhe), the son of Hitara Erqing.
The first series is a 70-episode fictionalised account of the emperor's concubines who vie and scheme for his affection.
